RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Overview: This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Just Undies handles product returns, refunds, and related matters in accordance with South African consumer protection laws. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Legal Framework – Consumer Protection Act
In accordance with Section 20(3)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, consumers are not entitled to return certain goods where:
“For reasons of public health or otherwise, a public regulation prohibits the return of those goods to a supplier once they have been supplied to, or at the direction of, a consumer.”
As such, intimate products and personal-use items — including but not limited to adult toys, bodystocking lingerie, teddy lingerie, underwear, g-strings, self adhesive bras, accessories, lubricants, massage oils, supplements, and other sexual wellness products — are non-returnable and non-refundable due to strict hygiene and sanitary regulations.
Damage or Defects After Delivery
Should you receive a damaged or defected item, kindly contact us immediately by emailing pro@justundies.co.za
We will not accept querie related to physical damage; functional issues; misused items; wear and tear caused after delivery.
Allergies and Material Sensitivities
If you are sensitive or allergic to specific materials or ingredients, or require product composition information (including toys, pills, oils, or potions), it is your responsibility to enquire prior to purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Just Undies makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform you and keep you updated. In the case of out of stock items, every effort will be made to supply the stock as soon as possible.
In the event that items are out of stock and can not be sourced promptly we can suggest close alternatives which we would recommend as alternatives.
In the event that we can not supply in your time frame or the exact product you requested, we would refund you for the item.
RETURNS
Should you need to return or exchange your online order, kindly contact our online support team by emailing pro@justundies.co.za
Online orders can NOT be returned in store without contacting our online support team and receiving the next steps for the return/exchange process.
Should you change your mind directly after a purchase, kindly contact us immediately.
If your order has not been processed, you will be elegible for a full refund.
If your order has already been processed, you will receive the order and must return it back to us upopened and you will be elegible for a full refund of the order only. *excluding return shipping costs.
Should you change your mind once you receive and open your order, you can return the item back to Just Undies within 7 days provided that the item is still in it's original sales packaging, unworn and the tags are in tact.
Should the item show any signs of being tried on/worn, there will be no refund applicable and the customer would then have to arrange their own courier to have the order shipped back to themselves.

Shipping the Product Back:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
We do not accept returns on:
Used Items, Underwear, G-strings, Any Lingerie with Underwear, Teddies, Bodystockings, Self Adhesive Bras, Adult Wellness Products and Accessories for hygiene purposes.
